Product Manager - B2B
- Manage the complete lifecycle of the Cohort solutions product portfolio.
- Market mapping of current and future product capabilities, sizing of business opportunities and creation of product proposition based on market needs and customer insights
- Align and engage with Jio's solutions partners, to enable their solutions with Jio's portfolio
- Develop the end to end journey including discovery, buy, delivery, care and billing for Jio developed solutions. Enable customer onboarding and necessary lifecycle journeys for partner solutions
- Product requirement document, commercial modelling and cross-functional engagement to drive the offering to market with speed
- Product roadmap and monitor performance with respect to SLAs and Customer satisfaction
