We are looking for a HR Business Partner that will work with the business in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and HR Operations Key Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for Talent Acquisition for approved positions which will involves right from sourcing to onboarding of the candidate 2. Responsible for driving and facilitating Talent Management initiatives like Goal setting, Performance Management for the respective business units 3. Responsible for driving Learning initiatives in your respective business unit in co-ordination with the Transition team and the Central L&amp;D team 4. Address queries of new joiners to ensure smooth assimilation in the business 5. Address existing employee's queries with regards to internal policies and processes 6. Support HR Engagement activities - plan, organize and execute Fun at work 7. Handle separation/ last working date formalities for exiting employees 8. Support ex-employees with relevant information as and when required 9. Maintain MIS and dashboards with respect to recruitments, processing of additional payments, recoveries if any at the time of settlement 10. Ensuring accurate employee data in SAP at any given point of time 11. Engage in any HR projects that may be assigned from to time Qualification: - MMS / PGDBA (HR) with 60% through the academics Good to have: - Experience in SAP
