Reliance Jio Infocomm - Manager - Impact Investments

Position Summary- The identified resources for the team will be responsible for the following key deliverable:

- Identifying and building relationships with NGOs, social entrepreneurs and research organisations with expertise in the identified areas of education, health, skilling and entrepreneurship.

- Conducting due diligence on the identified organisation and applications received

- Working closely with organisations towards detailing out the key expected outcomes, delivery plans and execution strategy

- Monitoring the partner organisations closely and providing support where necessary

- Generating detailed programme reports capturing the impact generated through the initiative and the potential for scale up

- Being a knowledge management partner towards capturing the cumulative learning through this initiative and for demonstrating best practices

Person Specification

- Masters degree

- Demonstrated track record of at least 3-5 years in a non-profit, start-up, think tank, consultancy or venture funds

- Working knowledge of current challenges in the Indian health/education/livelihood space.

- Ability to work independently, build and manage partnerships with multiple stakeholders

- Excellent analytical, research and communication skills
