Short Description

The role is part of the Corporate HR organization and is a member of the HR G&I PMO Team.

This role is responsible for supporting the HR G&I Head along with the PMO Head in all planning activities for current year as well as formulating the future roadmap, managing the cadence for smooth running of all governance meeting across central HR & business HR.

This role is responsible for supporting and leading along with the PMO Head to drive the HR G&I agenda including rigorous program management of 35 team AOP's

Long Description

Job Accountabilities

- Serve as an internal consultant & key liaison between 35 HR Teams across HC and EC for managing HR AOP.

- Support Head PMO to efficiently drive HR strategy, planning, annual operating plan and ensure its effective implementation through regular program management and reporting.

- Works closely across various HR Workstreams & guide / support them to manage interdependencies, risks and business priorities.

- Plans, conducts and manages assignments on multiple, independent or integrated projects of varying scope and scale as directed by the Head PMO.

- Evaluates progress and results, and advice PMO Head on any major changes in methodology or procedures as needed.

- Advises project resources to help accomplish assignments using established guidelines.

- Monitor & track the progress of HR AOPs across Corporate and Business HR by accurately reflecting the project status.

- Supports Head PMO to establish and drive the HR Governance calendar, drive governance reporting and supports in various G&I initiatives as and when required.

- Collaborates with all the relevant project stakeholders to ensure reporting of project progress in timely and efficient manner.

- Identifies & escalates risks / issues / bottlenecks with in a AOP / Project to the Head PMO

- Supports the HR CoE's / Project Managers on guidance related to project management for driving their key AOP Projects.

- Creates and Manages reports and presentations on project activities and status for various stakeholders.

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

- Team Leadership experience

- Advanced project management and methodologies experience with ability to create and manage comprehensive project plans.

- Good understanding of SAP HR, SuccessFactors, HR Portal, HR Reporting and HR Shared Services is essential.

- Authoritative project and time management skills

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

- Facilitates conversations through data and facts

- Trusted individual with good self-awareness and with high integrity

- High concern for confidentiality and privacy of data

- Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)

Essential:

- Degree level education or equivalent.

- Certified PMP or Prince 2 with over 6-8 years of experience working in project management and around 2 years of experience managing HR Systems projects of varying scale.

- Advanced knowledge of MS Project is essential.
