Area Manager - HR  Managing Human Resource :  - Employee policy communication across JCs  - Implement, drive and monitor High Impact touch points in the JCS  - Employees feedback sharing with State HR to incorporate improvements in employee interest  - Ensure 100% compliance to mandatory training programs  - Ensure productivity norms set for various roles  Recruitment Management :  - Ensure all possible recruitment activities are as per the centrally planned guidelines  - Ensure employees are aware of recruitment policies and the do's and don'ts  - Ensure manpower availability in the JCs of the respective Areas in each of the identified roles  HR Compliance Adherence :  - Track all the state guidelines on workforce including updates and ensure all guidelines adhere  - Ensure all national guidelines received from NHQ and region are implemented and adhered to in a time bound manner  HR Operations Management :  - HR Operations guidelines are strictly adhered to  - Employee hygiene matters are completely taken care of and managed to deliver enhanced employee experience  - Ensure analysis of data to help management take crucial decisions  Performance Management :  - Ensure Goals & Objectives are adequately being tracked and maintained  - Ensure all employees are aware of performance evaluation guidelines  Salary Offered : 8 - 12 LPA
