1. Accountable for recruitment by effective source mix, within defined TAT and quality parameters in the allocated Geography.
2. Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like campus,Govt Skill Develpoment agencies, employment exchanges, etc.
3. Manage end to end employee life cycle of the employees.
4. Execute PMS within defined timelines and laid guidelines.
5. Effectively execute all Employee Engagement initiatives within the allocated budget.
6. Responsible for retention of employees.
7. Ensure timely completion of all the HR Operations task thereby ensuring seamless employee experience.
8. Visit locations to understand operations related challenges and highlight those to the Area HR Lead.
9. Ensure basic HR Hygiene and support IR team on compliance issues.
