Reliance Industries - Sales Executive - JioGarden Car Park

This role is for Reliance JioGarden.

JioGarden, located at the heart of Bandra-Kurla Complex area of Mumbai, is an aesthetically designed recreational garden with water fountains, jogging track and eco-friendly infrastructure. It also has a well designed Car Park which can accommodate more than 2000 cars across the two basement levels.

The JioGarden has over 13,000 sq. m of the turf area which is well lit up with 8 high mast lights . This is complemented by app. 5000 sq. m of landscaped area and 25 water bodies / fountains. It is also well equipped with an advanced fire protection system, well placed emergency exits, public address and security systems.

It is a perfect venue for Music Concerts, Award Ceremonies, Exhibitions, Wedding / Receptions, Sports, Corporate functions etc. We have hosted Skrillex, Slash, Above and Beyond, Bollywood Music Project, Sunburn-David Guetta concert with up to 9000 attendees. Various health and fitness related events such as Radio Mirchi Monsoon Marathon, Neon Run, Nike Fun Run etc. . and other prestigious events such as Puma Do you (a Guinness world record event) and Lakme fashion week have been also been organized here.

Key Responsibilities:

- To Generate Revenues from Jio Garden Car Park (2000 + Car Parks)

- To Lease Car Park Bays to Corporate clients in and around Bandra Kurla Complex

- To handle existing relationships with corporate clients who currently use the Parking Facilities and trouble shoot problems if any

- To ensure timely collection of dues.

- To keep a tab on the other nearby parking facilities and update market information on pricing

- To coordinate with Operations team and ensure that all Parking bays are available for use in good condition

Who can apply:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Hospitality Industry / Institutional Sales

- High interpersonal, communication & leadership skills

- Ability to build strong working relationships internally as well as externally
