1. Design & Consulting

a) Serve as an internal consultant to the management by analysing existing practices and recommending solutions

b) Benchmark and design future-ready processes, policies and technology solutions

c) Collect data & opinions, understand current scenarios and present facts, insights and recommendations to leadership on specific topics of interest

d) Facilitate design and operationalization of the Energy & Materials Operating Model

e) Define guiding principles, evaluate options, create, and enable transition to a future-ready HR Operating Model

f) Ideate and identify avenues for applying best in class people analytics practices within the organization in close partnership with HR Operations and Analytics team.

2. Project Management

a) Collaborate with HR and Business Leaders to drive strategic projects

b) Manage and execute projects across the gamut of HR - Talent Acquisition, Performance and Rewards, Talent Management and Retention, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, HR Operations and Analytics, Employee Relations.

c) Outline progress on ongoing projects, track deliverables & highlight slippages

3. AOP and Governance

a) Develop and finalize HR Annual Operating Plan (AOP) with HR Leadership Team and provide support in achieving the desired outcomes

b) Manage and track delivery of milestones against plan; report progress made on regular intervals (monthly / quarterly / annually)

c) Attending key leadership meetings, create agendas for these meetings, drive key actions, follow up with constituents, and circulate minutes

d) Prepare and publish key HR reports (e.g. weekly EC report, Quarterly Attrition Report, HR Annual Performance Report)
