- Drive HR Transformation agenda and work as a change agent to bring about effective roll out of all HR Transformation initiatives within timelines.
- Implement HR strategies aligned to business goals and partner in creating sustainable and integrated solutions
- Deliver consistent, effective and seamless customer facing HR services
- Collaborate with COEs and take responsibility for Talent Management initiatives
- Work with all stake holders for completion of PMS - facilitating smooth completion of Yearly
- Performance Plan filling in system, Mid-Year review and End Year review on time.
- Effective implement employee engagement initiatives across all the levels of employees and maintain cordial employee relations by anticipating their needs & concerns
- Plan and organise employee interactions and communication sessions at periodic intervals for dissemination of relevant information and obtaining individual/group feedbacks.
- Prepare MIS reports/HR metrics
- Provide HR Policy interpretation and guidance to employees and leaders
- Maintain Industrial peace and harmony through proactive ER/IR management and Compliance monitoring.
HR Operations
- The incumbent will also be responsible for HR operations
- Support deployment of HR Operations processes in partnership with HRBPs
- Analyze critical elements of OM structure to maintain data sanctity and publish periodic MIS to all stakeholders/ Org restructuring
- Maintain and update central database of RAG for all functions
- Ensure turnaround time and key performance indicators are maintained for all Organization Management and Employee Life Cycle Management processes
- Ensure all HR queries are resolved as per agreed SLAs
- Provide interpretation of HR policies and processes to employees and HRBPs
- Provide analytics on pre-defined efficiency and effectiveness parameters to all relevant stakeholders
- Partner with HRBPs through relevant interventions to disseminate information regarding updates on HR Operations initiatives and to obtain feedback on the same
