Job Purpose The incumbent in this job role will be responsible for driving the Employee Communication & Employer Branding Agenda for RIL Hydrocarbons. He/she will anchor internal communication across the group and work towards strengthening RIL#s employer brand in areas pertaining to communication across campuses, social media and Best Employer recognition for RIL. Job Accountabilities - Design and deploy cost-efficient and employee-friendly Employee Communication & Employer Branding strategy and high-performing team architecture to drive the agenda - Collaborate with business and HR leaders to periodically realign Employee Communication& Employer Branding strategy to changing business needs - Partner with leaders and spearhead internal employee communication across the group to ensure clear two-way flow of information with employees around RIL businesses, leadership thinking, culture, values, initiatives and events - Strengthen RIL#s employer brand on social media and through Best Employer Award recognition - Partner with Talent Acquisition Team to standardize RIL messaging across campuses as part of Cadre Hiring (Management Trainees, Executive Trainees, Graduate Engineer Trainees and Chartered Accountants) - Provide creative designing and branding support to businesses and functions to design creative solutions that meet business needs and cater to RIL branding strategy - Keep abreast with latest technology and methodologies to understand best practices and update Employee Communication & Employer Branding initiatives accordingly - Periodically assess effectiveness of Employee Communication & Employer Branding initiatives and incorporate necessary changes to ensure competitive advantage - Develop capability of Employee Communication & Employer Branding Team through need-based learning interventions and mentoring Partner with appropriate forums to strengthen RIL#s employer brand . Skill & Competencies: Understanding of Employee Communication & Employer Branding. Understanding of print and web design, branding principles, web technologies and graphic design trends - Influencing& Stakeholder Management - Collaboration& Partnering - Decision Making - Customer Orientation - Team Building & Development - Coaching& Mentoring
