- Build & Execute a Flagship Engagement platform with Engineering Campuses
- Campus Hiring for ET & GET Cadre as well as Summer interns
- Support in offer roll out, pre-joining engagement & communication
- Plan & execute best in class orientation program
- Cadre Database management
- Cadre Feedback & Query management support
- Cadre Manpower planning
- Summer PPO Assessment & Roll out
Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills):
1. Good communication skills & stakeholder management
2. Good Organizational skills
3. Passion for recruiting young talent
4. Creative bent of mind & interest in events/branding
Qualifications and Experience:
1. MBA preferably in HR
2. 2 to 5 years of experience preferably in campus resourcing
Additional Information:
1. Role is work from office- RCP, Navi Mumbai
2. Willing to travel to campuses as needed
