3 - 6 Years experience Job Accountabilities: 1. Support implementation of People Development Operating Plan across domains and levels through relevant interventions. 2. Facilitate clear communication of People Development Operating Plan by utilizing appropriate interventions, initiatives and cadence. 3. Provide analytics on pre-decided efficiency and effectiveness parameters as well as drive communication to all relevant stakeholders for the PD group. 4. Manage governance of People Development projects. 5. Facilitate review and need-based revision of all PD related policies. 6. Keep abreast with latest benchmarks in the field of People Development, including technology and methodologies to understand best practices and suggest measures to update the People Development processes accordingly. 7. Partner with internal and external stakeholders for various People Development interventions. Key Skills/Competencies Desired: Certification in some Psychometric tools, Assessments and coaching Qualifications 1. MBA from a reputed Tier I institute (desirable). 2. Graduate from a reputed university/college, preferably from engineering background. Additional Information (if any) 1. Exposure to Talent &amp; Leadership and Learning &amp; Development methodologies. 2. 2-4 years of experience, preferably with exposure to different roles in different verticals within the HR function.
