Responsibilities: - Will act as a Brand Champion for RHI and manage brand Reliance Health Insurance and anchor stakeholder relationships - Execution of marketing plans with an eye on cost, time and quality of execution - Work closely with the advertising agencies and lead brand initiatives - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Conceptualize and develop collaterals for all sales & support functions (Online and Offline) - Conceptualize and execute brand engagement and activations across India - Help in conducting events, conferences & sales promotions - Ensure adherence to all compliance related regulations for each and every product - Interact, negotiate and close orders with vendors for printing, fabrication etc. for branding and communication Competencies: - Business & Functional Acumen - Accountability & Ownership - Relationship Management & Networking - Customer Focus - Impact & Influence Skills: - A knack for thinking creatively and innovatively - Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc. - Equal flair on online and offline brand management strategies - High risk-taking capability and eye for detail Qualifications & Experience: - PGDM / MBA (Marketing) - 6-8 years of relevant work experience in advertising or marketing.
