Purpose:  Reporting to Chief Marketing Officer, he/she is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing strategic and operational plans for marketing in support of business goals. The position involves driving all aspects of marketing from brand strategy, customer acquisitions, retention, activations – events/sponsorships, research, digital marketing  Responsibilities:  1. Develop marketing strategy and create innovative value proposition for customers of Jio  2. Design and Deploy disruptive marketing programs (ATL+BTL) to acquire new customers, retain existing customers and win-back lapsed customers.  3. Define key success metrics to measure ROI across different marketing channels  4. Identify trends in consumer behaviour and use research to understand usage and attitude of customers  5. Build and manage team of direct reports and also work with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.   Qualifications:  1. B.E. or BTech with MBA, from premier colleges  2. 12-15 years of work experience, including at least last 3 years in leadership positions.  3. Strong background in transitional marketing with good exposure to new media (online, social, mobile) marketing  4. Good analytical skills with ability to project manage large scale projects and big teams  5.
