JOB PURPOSE: To look after entire gamut of HR activities for the Region ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment &amp; On-Boarding: - Sourcing right profiles for allocated regions within TAT - through Job portals, References and Consultants. Organizing Recruitment &amp; selection process through walk.ins, and interview processes. - Maintain Minimum Cost per Hire Induction &amp; On-Boarding: - Completing Joining formalities and documentation of new Joinees within TAT Coordinate for induction &amp; on-boarding with corporate team within specified timelines. Employee Relations: - Manage Employee concerns and grievances pertaining to leaves/ attendance, Medi-claim, reimbursements, Compensation &amp; benefits, infrastructural issues, disciplinary / statutory issues etc. and coordinate with Zonal /Corporate team accordingly. - Maintain, adhere and implement Employee Engagement Calendar. Employee Engagement: - Coordinate with the Corporate team and organize regular employee engagement activities at various locations in Hyderabad and stimulate employee's participation Exit Formalities: - Conducting exit interviews &amp; identifying and analysing the cause of resignation. - Liaise with corporate F&amp;F Team for full and final settlement Performance Management System: - Coordinating with the corporate team and facilitate the timely PMS implementation through various stages like KPI creation, finalization of employee performance ratings and facilitating feedback. Qualifications and Experience : - MBA/Post Graduate (Specialization in HR) with 4-5 Years of experience as HRBP with large scale workforce management - Demonstrate ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors - Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make best use of limited resources - Decision Making/Complex Problem Solving- proactively gathers the right data from appropriate sources; conducts root cause analysis; refers to long term plans and goals; acts decisively, promptly and confidently; complex analysis - High dependability - be there to support the business - Possesses intellectual curiosity; brings insight into the team/business, especially in a multicultural and multi-location environment - Negotiation and influencing skills; able to listen to and persuade others based on sound logic - Proven presentation and communication skills
