Educational Qualifications

- Master's in Business Administration- Preferably from IIMs/ISB

- 4-7 yrs experience in Strategy, Planning, SCM/ Operations, and Sourcing

- Previous experience in Retail, e-commerce, and Consulting added advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership and drive functional performance by conducting regular performance reviews

- Look at mid to long term planning, create and maintain AOP and OTB plans

- Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, SCM, Product, and Finance) to drive bigger strategic projects and initiatives

- Coordinate various project activities with different departments, follow-up on agreed-upon milestones and maintain tracker for critical projects with weekly updates

- Conduct analysis for an assigned business problem by collecting data from all internal and external sources and perform analysis to get answers to business questions.

- Take ownership to drive automation and proactive alerts/mechanism within respective functions

- Help in putting together business proposals based on trends etc.

- Put together excel models for business scenario analysis

- Conduct Market research for an assigned topic to dig out relevant data and analytics

Skills Required

- Strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation- Proficiency in MS-Office is a must.

- Knowledge of BI tools/ Tableau/ Statistics added advantage

- Strong communication and project management skills

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
