We are currently hiring for Manager Kidswear - Knits for the Reliance eCommerce - Ajio.com.

- Responsible to Strategize, develop and deliver sourcing business as a profit centre

- Achieve budgeted AOP

- Increase the share of business

- New Vendor Acquisition

- Achieve budgeted OTIF (On time and full) Performance

- Achieve budgeted levels of customer satisfaction on Product/Services

- Design and develop vendor acquisition and vendor development strategy

- Allocate revenue/expense budget between product merchandisers

- Manage vendor/customer relationships and strategic partnerships.

- Review region's performance with the team/vendors periodically

- Provide resource and solutions for achieving business deliverables

- Adhere to process calendar

- OTIF deliverable

- Talent development & retention within the team - training/coaching/mentoring

- Retain and engage talent and build a high performance team

- Achieve high degree of compliance to organizational culture initiatives such as - Norms and Guidelines
