End to end management of the Sales Operations for all Planning team related activities - Continuous interaction with the Marketing and Category team a. Maintaining the site refresh calendar, offer repository and performance tracking of various offers b. Timely offer finalization and involvement with DM team for CRM APP notifications planning 2. Looking at mid to long term planning and buying directions/strategies, Preparing merchandise plans and OTB plans aligned with AOP 3. Responsible for key planning metrics like- Stock cover, GM%, Discounting, Ageing, Sellthru, Full price sellthru 4. Reviewing of buys as per the standard norms in defined SLAs, Conducting regular category performance reviews 5. Take ownership to drive automation and proactive alerts/mechanism within respective functions 6. Working with cross functional teams (Category, Product, Finance, Marketing) to drive bigger strategic projects and initiatives and maintain tracker for critical projects with weekly updates 7. Conduct analysis for assigned business problem by collecting data from all internal and external sources and perform analysis to get answers to business questions. 8.
