Business Analyst
Responsibilities :
- Drive AOP alignment across functions
- Drive Target Achievement for Special Projects
- Analyze and Identify Sales maximization and Profit Optimization opportunities for the business
- Focus on improving the GM % for the business
- Identify the growth engines in the newer markets.
- Consults with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems.
- Standardize all the format for Sourcing and PD to meet the business requirement.
- Work on the overall sourcing strategy basis the AOP and identify the gap.
- Rigorously follow the Time & Action calendar to meet the deliverables.
- Identifies opportunities for improving business processes/performance through rigorous data analysis; assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
- Plans, organizes and conducts business process reengineering/improvement projects and/or management reviews of business-wide significant or specific to a function. (Examples are projects requiring strategic analysis of an entire process or operating area where specific issues or items to be corrected, examined or recommended have not been identified.
- Recommended solutions should be developed in consultation with impacted internal and external stakeholders, but should remain objective and independent of the specific stakeholders.)
