Job Description
Overall responsibility for performance of ROR stores in assigned territory based on parameters of Sales & Operations which should lead to Revenue growth, Subscriber acquisitions(gross and net) in Voice and Data products
Ensure good quality acquisition for high eligible GADs
Strategize initiatives for Footfall generation, In-store conversion, cross-selling and Lead management
Retain and upgrade Quality customers
Audit and ensure implementation of all processes, systems and policies
Ensure merchandising and product display at stores
Manage Supply Chain and Inventory of SIMs, GSKs, Recharge and Devices
Ensure RW Inventory ageing remains within 90 days
Review store sales, operations and CS performance and take appropriate corrective actions for smooth and profitable running of stores
Manage Franchisees Life Cycle to ensure positive ROI and timely replacements
Ensure Channel payouts in time and attain high TSAT score
Ensure timely lease renewals and agreement updates
Ensure credit limit utilization by RMSs with minimum defaults
Ensure store staff availability and enhance Staff capability through Training leading to higher throughput and productivity
Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA
