Key Deliverables:

- Regulatory - Map regulatory requirements to network requirements, Obtain solution from respective SMEs/ NPE/ IT, Management Alerts, Planning and Engineering advisory, Monitoring of implementation, compliance reporting

- Lawful Interception and Monitoring - Architecture review, Planning and Engineering, Implementation monitoring, Operations handover monitoring, Upgrade planning and monitoring, Knowledge support for arranging demo to DoT officials and LEAs, arrange training, streamline processes, compliance reporting

- Network Security - Architecture review, Planning and Engineering support, Implementation monitoring, compliance reporting, Management alerts, monitoring of Network Audit by MS partner

- Interaction with Management, CRT, Operations, MSP, NPE, Business, Vendors, Circles, DoT, TEC, TRAI, COAI, AUSPI

- Budgeting, CAR, PR

- Creating Cross functional process for reducing the regulatory complaints and operations issues

- CAPEX optimization of Regulatory requirements

- Technical support in telecom domain for legal cases

- Provide technical support to circle teams to deal with DoT Term cells and TRAI

Required Competencies:

- Overall knowledge of Telecom Network, its architecture, connectivity and functions

- High level knowledge of switching, MSC, IN, HLR, VLR, SMSC, Radio network (2G/ 3G/ 4G/ CDMA), Data, MEN, NGN, signalling (SS7, SIP, Diameter), PDSN, CGSN, AAA

- Knowledge of various Lawful Interception and Monitoring Systems

- Ability to coordinate with DoT, TEC and TRAI officers and impress upon company views

- Knowledge and interpretation of various Telecom and ISP Regulations issued by DoT and TRAI from time to time

- Knowledge and interpretation of various TEC test procedures
