Experience & Key Competencies required:
- 20+ years of IT/Telecom experience including 10+ years in Mobile Applications, Data product development, VAS area.
- Strong self-sufficiency and initiative working
- Practical experience in monitoring and providing high availability service.
- Lead the Team to transform innovative concepts / ideas into prototypes and finally to market ready products.
- Ability to sense and estimate industry trends and evolving customer behaviour.
- Complete understanding of system and keep updated with telecom industry dynamics for increasing competition.
- Ability to come up with technology solution to meet competitive demands keeping time to market minimum.
- Innovation always means solution at low cost and in any case has to be economical and meeting business objectives.
- Ability to think differently so that solutions are implemented First of its kind in the market.
- Experience of managing large teams
