You will :
- Influence the digital marketing spends by defining - digital marketing- as practice across RCAP businesses
- Understand as-is state and develop the overall customer strategy, channel mix, deployment and constant improvement cycle across businesses
- Be a core member of the team that will strategize, implement and run the marketing tech stack across the group
- Own the product roadmap for any group level strategic initiatives (Web & Apps) and drive execution through aggressive deployment cycle
- Understand customer journey (both online and offline) and user experience to break them down into metrics that can measured, monitored and influenced to build a seamless and intuitive experience for the customer
- Translate VOC, marketing feedback, strategic vision of the business, intuition and inspiration into product features. Build business case and prioritize based on data
- Develop quick prototypes to demonstrate value and determine technical feasibility
- Work closely and influence business, engineering and design teams to develop aggressive implementation schedule and drive the same
You have :
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in a heterogenous and fast-paced environment
- 5-7 years of hands-on Digital Marketing in ConsumerTech, Fintech space. Adobe marketing tech stack exposure will be a huge plus
- At least 2 years of experience in managing - design-deploy-measure-improve- Digital Business & Marketing- P&L cycles
- Product Management chops highly desirable. Expertise in creating intuitive interaction design flows (Wireframes) for web and mobile and have a deep, holistic understanding of web and mobile user experience
- Hands on experience in data analytics and data modeling techniques.
- 2-3 years of prior Technology / Development experience
- Experience of handling vendors/ developers and their budgets
- Experience with design thinking with a focus on Digital Properties and technologies
- Demonstrable Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
- MBA & Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
