JOB DESCRIPTION  Position title: Deputy Manager - AIF - Operations & Fund Accounting  Locations: Mumbai - Corporate Office  Department: AIF  Grade: IL 4  Organizational relationships  Reports to: AVP Operations- PMS  Purpose of the Job :  The position is responsible for managing and driving the operations function for AIF  Key responsibilities :   1. To take care of day to day AIF operations and fund accounting including :  - KYC and documentations  - Cash flow management  - Settlement  - NAV Calculation  2. Reconciliations  3. Fees and Brokerage calculation  4. MIS and Reporting for management and regulator  5. To co ordinate with custodian and fund accountant  6. Internal Co ordination with dealer, fund manager, client servicing team, finance team, legal and compliance team and sales team  7. Internal and Statutory Audit co-ordination and query resolutions  8. System review and up gradation  Behavioral Competencies :  - Analytical bent of mind, accuracy and promptness   Role Specific Competencies:  - Very well understanding of Mutual Fund / AIF - Operations and Fund Accounting, MS Office  Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp - CA with minimum 3-5 Yrs relevant experience
