Training Manager
Job Purpose :
- Spearhead the L&D function for both Tail office as well as Retail stores.
- Leadership development
- Align the L&D function goals with the Business, Department and the Individual needs
- Ensure training delivery effectiveness and value to business
- Deal with external service providers
- Focus on Content development and tech orientation including digital flatforms for delivery
- Compliance to Training Budgets
- 25% of my time on partnering with business leader for implementation of right L&D strategy for various businesses & functions
- 25% of my time goes on content development and new initiatives around best practices of L&D function
- 20% of my time on driving team for results
- 15% of my time on Training Delivery
- 15% of my time goes on other initiatives of organization importance.
