Job Title - Senior Business Finance (FP&A)

Job Description:

- The incumbent will understand the business strategy, the competitive environment, commercial drivers, processes, systems, culture and influence decision making for effective P&L management for the business.

- Represent overall finance function for the business with Leadership Team. Serve as single point of contact for all commercial finance topics between business teams and other stakeholders.

- The position will work with the Business Head to drive business goals and decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

Annual budgeting, strategic planning and forecasts:

- Preparation of annual financial forecast and business plan

- Bring strong commercial insight and judgment to decision making

Performance Management:

- Leads monthly reporting by gathering and analyzing data, actual/projections variances and providing information with insights.

- Identify and measure key success drivers

- Managing and achieving the financial targets and objectives

- Acts as a key resource to business leaders, assisting in modelling, business case / project analysis, and any other ad hoc requests.

- Creates presentations and regularly presents analysis and insights to senior leadership

Cross Functional Business Partnering:

- Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams

- Partner closely with cross functional teams to manage P&L expectation

- Providing finance and business support to commercial, sales and operational staff

- Contributing to ad hoc financial projects as required as part of the overall finance function

Candidate Criteria :

- CA with minimum 10 + years of experience

- Min 6 years' experience in FP&A role

- Candidate with prior experience in retail industry/fashion/ FMCG industry will be an added advantage

- Proficient in SAP and MS Office tools

- Good analytical ability and attention to detail

- Exceptional communicational skills and proficiency in English

- Adaptable to working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
