Role will include:

1. You will be the One go-to person for "everything" Online Revenue, Growth & Branding.

2. Responsible for building the team, processes & programs that enable growth.

3. Owns the overall revenue of the online channels and Manage P&L, Discounts & Marketing budgets efficiently.

4. Completely own User Acquisition, Conversion & Retention - Drive tech enabled growth for the company.

5. Responsible for development of the core brand elements like articulation of its positioning, language, value propositions etc.

6. Responsible for Development of sub-brands and store communication strategy for the brand.

7. Actively involved in new launches, new product developments, new Brand identity, launch strategy for different markets as well as the regional advertising campaign.

8. To own the brief and outputs from different creative agencies and manage internal stakeholders for different growth projects.

9. Drive Digital & Offline marketing strategy, completely own the performance marketing and assist in brand building.

10. Lead corporate partnerships and programs to build brand awareness and cost-effective user acquisition.

11. Continuously work with category, product & engineering teams to identify non-linear growth opportunities.

12. Drive new campaigns / products / processes to build retail store awareness.

13. Drive the Planning of Annual, Quarterly and Monthly revenue bottom-up against the top-down targets provided by senior management.

14. Build and groom a talented team of analysts and assistant managers who can support the growth of the business, while continuously automating the existing processes.

Desired Skills and Functional Experience:

1. Highly analytical and comfortable with solving complex problems. Should be strong on First principle thinking.

2. Should be able to operate with strong rigors and detail orientation.

3. Strong understanding of growth and marketing principles. Experience in Conversion funnels and performance marketing in previous roles is a must. Experience in driving revenue of the organization is a plus.

4. Ability to build a case, prioritize and execute while rallying teams across to drive the org level goals.
