Reliance Brands - Merchandising Manager - Beauty Segment

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing reports on Sales History, Customer reactions/feedback & Market Trends and share with Senior Merchandiser for anticipating future product needs

- Executing a merchandise plan in coordination with Senior Merchandiser & Buying team

- Relaying the merchandise plan to the buyer who, in turn, can decide on what products, brands, features, etc. to purchase and from which suppliers

- Providing inputs for Stock Allocation/Initial Allocation to Senior Merchandiser, for each outlet and monitoring the sales and future replenishments

- Highlight Stock unavailability to avoid Opportunity Loss

- Maintain Optimum inventory level & budgeted Stock turns

Desired Skills and Abilities:

- Analytical Skills - Number and data analysis, using spread sheets and comfortable with basic Statistics

- Communication Skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills to build useful working relationship with internal & external patrons

- Attention to details

- IT Skills - Strong in using MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)

- Resilience under Pressure - Need to be strong to keep calm when under pressure

Education & Experience Required:

- PG in Retail Management/Fashion Management from a reputed business or fashion institute
