Roles & Responsibilities :
- SAP HR ownership
- OM - end to end responsibility
- HR AOP, Tracking & Employee cost allocations
- Internal/external HR Audits
- HR Tech platforms & Automation
- Project management - New business acquisitions & HRIS integration
- HR Analytics & MIS
- HR SoP reengineering
Desired Skills
- Super user level SAP HR & MS office knowledge
- HR Tech orientation and understanding
- Working knowledge of HR operations (ELCM, Payroll, Benefits, Taxation etc.)
- Numerical Orientation, Ability to synthesise/analyse data
- Good Written & Oral communication
- Patient/Resilient & Go-Getter/Self starter
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
- Commercial/Financial acumen
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelors in commerce or equivalent. prefer a full time MBA in HR
- About 10 years of experience in relevant HR operations roles
- Minimum 3 years in a Team manager role
- Preferred Industries - Any fast paced organisation where the scale of operations is high
