- Calling out E-com enthusiasts to work with the leading retailer in the luxury and fashion space.

- Looking for dynamic and versatile individuals to work in an ever growing and fast paced environment:

- End-to-end Mono Brand website management, managing Revenue of above 25 lacs each month

- Focus on performance management - Understanding of Product, price, size, color- basic product understanding. Managing the Performance marketing on their own or via agency, self driven performance marketing experience will be preferred

- Managing and improving the ROAS for the website, should be 200% and above.

- Contribution, and process of improving user journey and experience, bettering the conversion rates, funnel

- Managing and strategizing Content of the website - banners, product listing, manage the funnel, understanding of the funnel

- Experience of improving Conversion rate - initiatives to improve & increase the conversion rate on the website

- Generating traffic - organic and paid traffic, understand if the paid traffic is managed by agency or the candidate

- Experience of working with facebook and google for paid marketing

- Understanding of website logistics - reducing returns, managing product movement, increasing conversion etc.

- Experience of handling data - building data backed initiatives, strategies, decision etc., data analytics- End-to-end Mono Brand website management, managing Revenue of above 25 lacs each month
