Reliance Brands - Head - New Technology

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Tech Strategy for RBL - Collaborate with leadership team to understand current pain points and opportunities for efficiency/growth, and accordingly, develop a comprehensive technology plan in alignment to each brand/business at RBL

- Evaluate emerging technologies that have the potential to drive business innovation, customer experience and growth and introduce RBL Leadership to these

- Understand industry and partner practices and adopt best (Tech) practices

- Identify appropriate mechanisms to identify, keep abreast of and establish partnerships with Tech vendors

- Techno-commercial evaluation, prioritization and end-to-end project management of each solution - from defining objectives to ensuring the achievement of these goals.

- Team Building - set up the function and lead the team to the department objectives

- On an ad-hoc basis, collaborate with business / function leaders and provide tech solutions independent of the longer term technology plan and initiatives

- Annual budgets - Plan and adhere to annual budgets
