Position Summary: The IT Infra Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing the entire IT Infrastructure of Jio World Drive. This position is expected to work closely with existing projects team and system integrator, plan for transition (HOTO) to identified third party infra support team. He / She has to coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders for successful transition and operation of the JWD systems. He / She will oversee the operations and efficiency of the third party vendor. SLA management and keeping uptime of all operational and business systems without outage. Roles and Responsibilities Team Management : - Manages the third-party vendor IT operations team - Manages the IT service desk team Operating Processes and Procedures : - Responsible for developing standard IT operation guidelines and principles as per RIL guidelines - Owns and governs the standard operating processes for JWD IT - Accountable for resolution of tickets and queries from business teams - Responsible for ensuring SOP for IT operations are understood and applied across the business - Establish and govern the JWD Major Incident process as per RIL process - Establish and govern the JWD Change Management process as per RIL guidelines Service Delivery : - Manage the service desk to ensure timely response and resolution of tickets and queries from business teams - Lead all engagements with suppliers and third parties, providing advice and guidance on SLA content and operational requirements - Work with external, Internal project delivery teams to implement new software / hardware across JWD. - Manage the smooth operations of IT BAU - - keep the lights on- for JWD. - Identify and plan for implementation of automation activities OVERALL OBJECTIVES: 1. Enhance the IT solutions and services. - Share knowledge and resources between JWD and RIL IT Group - Implement standard/common helpdesk tools and monitoring systems - Be accountable for service desk delivering an high level of service aligned with the internal service contract - Adhere and manage SLA - Define, ensure KPIs with business for service desk management 2. Standardisation of budget and asset management - Manage and follow budget - Complete tracking and management of IT Assets - Reduce cost of IT by standardising practices and price 3. Manage IT risk - Reduce the risk of business breakdown by adopting RIL Group security policies - Communicate RIL Group security policies across JWD - Raise awareness of IT risk across JWD 4. Work closely with Group RIL IT in implementing the Group IT strategy, contributing to the wider business strategy and sharing best practice across the group.
