Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Efficiency and Excellence (Get Shit Done & Fire): Lead all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions. Your role is critical in ensuring our financial processes are efficient, effective, and ahead of the curve.

- Strategic Financial Leadership (Humbly Confident & Sharp): Oversee cash management, month-end close, and the preparation of financial documents such as business reports, forecasts, and monthly statements. Your strategic insights will guide our financial decision-making and support our ambitious growth goals.

- Risk Management and Compliance (Do the Right Thing): Maintain a robust system of accounting records and internal controls to mitigate risk, ensure accuracy, and uphold our commitment to integrity. Ensure statutory compliance for our Indian entities and assist with US entity compliance, reflecting our dedication to ethical practices.

Job Requirements:

- Proven Track Record (Get Shit Done): A minimum of 6 years of accounting and financial management experience, ideally within a US-based IT Services company with operations in India. Your history of impactful action and results speaks for itself.

- Technical Proficiency (Sharp): High level of proficiency in Excel/Google Workspace and all Microsoft Office programs. Your ability to leverage technology for financial analysis and efficiency is unparalleled.

- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills (Humbly Confident): Exceptional ability to communicate effectively across all levels of staff and management. Your humble confidence enables you to share insights and feedback constructively, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
