Reliability Process Leader - Manufacturing

Structurally Increase our Reliability capabilities to support Global Customer Satisfaction on Delivery

Key Responsibilities :

- Propagation, execution, and adoption of the Playbook

- Animation / Co animation with SC execution of the 3 key communities:

- Plant flow controllers

- DC Flow controllers

- Logistics

- Specification, Test support, User acceptance of Machine Learning C2 date, ERP propagation, and customer communication,

- Animation in regions of reliability performance

Knowledge / Skills / Experience :

- Strong ERP skills, especially in the field of Order Execution, MRP, ATP, warehouse process / transportation ERP processes

- Digital skills, especially in the field of analytics to determine correlation between levers & drivers and to predict future behaviors

- Strong Supply Chain knowledge

- Influencing skills to convince and engage Transformation programs with manufacturing, SC, SED, in a matrix and international environment to reach strong adoption and execution

- Good communication skills

- 10-15yrs of experience , PG
