Job brief : We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to organize and oversee the daily operations of Relevel. You will be the one to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people. You will be working very closely with all the leaders and will be reporting to CEO. The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes. The ideal candidate must be competent and able to plan many different kinds of operational activities. He/She must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run the business. The goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company's operations to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success. Roles and Responsibilities : - Manage a team to ensure that we can constantly source top quality evaluators and proctors - Plan and manage the requirement of right number of evaluators and proctors on-boarding based on business metrics - Ensure that all personnel are trained and unbiased while continuously ensuring that they are relevant in accordance with industry standards - Strategize the training, audit processes and success criteria for both evaluators and proctors - Constantly iterate the process to ensure that we increasingly leverage technology to increase efficiency - Handle relationships with evaluators and proctors to ensure that they constantly have a great experience and a high NPS - Ensure finances and payment cycles for all personnel are cleared on time by your team - Leading the customer support team and guiding them to perform nothing but best Requirements : - 8-15 years of experience in Operations, Business Development, Strategy - Great Communication, managerial and interpersonal skills - Self-Starter who thrives on Speed, agility and can quickly adapt to changing scopes and priorities - Strong attention to detail - Customer Centricity &amp; Strategic mindset - Good analytical capabilities - Bias for action
