The platform helps an advertiser self-serve himself to create a campaign of any size according to his budget and requirement. We started our operations in 2009 as a company that advertised on print media. Today we specialize in media planning and execution for both SMBs and start-ups. We have reached a point where we are fully equipped to strategize both hyper-local and full-fledged pan-Indian marketing drives.

We construct mass media campaigns for funded start-ups. The initial target-group research, media buying, ad placements and monitoring executions is entirely conducted by the company. We have instilled innovative business processes over and above traditional methods like employment of TAM, RAM or ABC data to determine a client's relevant target audience and plan mass media advertising projects accordingly. We recently executed the Craftsvilla Miss Ethnic campaign. The company is working for start-ups like Swiggy, Housejoy, PepperTap, TaskBob, Doormint, LocalOye and Voonik.

The platform aggregates a large number of media owners in order to help an advertiser zero in on the best prices for his purpose. Consequently, it helps media owners sell ad spaces that would have otherwise been wasted. Taking care of last-minute inventories is now easier and a regular inflow of business helps ensure a steady Ad volume. WHAT WE NEED:

We need somebody who will understand our business objectives and gradually help us modify the model to enable market requirements:

- The candidate would be expected to handle marketing activities in any one of the regional head offices, namely Gurgaon, Pune, Hyderabad and Kolkata.

- The person in charge would be responsible for enhancing our online visibility along with lead generation.

- Needs to work with cross-functional teams to create ultra-local marketing plans.

- The candidate would also have to coordinate region-specific market research and strategize marketing activities in sync with the 3 other regional heads.

- The candidate must have significant experience in contributing to a company's business development processes. Sustaining and growing revenue by new client acquisitions (partner onboarding), renewing existing clients, and identifying new business development opportunities.

- The individual should have significant experience in gathering and translating consumer and business insights into actionable implications and strategies. We are seeking a professional who is ahead of the curve, innovative, pro-active and provocative, yet diplomatic- an expert at managing relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :

- At least a 3-year industry experience in digital marketing.

-Excellent communication skills and a strong command of Hindi & English.

- Good organizational skills.

- Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense of structure and logic.

- An aptitude and knack for innovation.

- A passion for and keen experience in marketing.

- Aggressive target orientation.
