Our mission is to simplify the media-buying process for businesses by providing a platform to help them compare, plan & buy media-space.   We have grown to a 75 member team & are now the largest Newspaper Advertisers in the country, serving over 1 Lakh customers annually. Having extended our solutions to Radio, Cinema & Online verticals, we have setup regional sales offices to cater to converting our "online-leads".  Job Role :   - Establish & Manage our field-sales agent network across India . This network will comprise of local Ad-Sales representatives, who would be conducting visits to prospective online-leads to convert them.   - Developing an in-depth understanding of our prospects/clients, building relationships for success, influencing prospect and client decisioning and execute strategic sales plans. .   - Differentiate releaseMyAd's value proposition, develop in-depth understanding of the market/region and source, to independently build/manage an effective pipeline.   - Work closely with Tele-Sales channel to establish systems on identifying HOT Prospects, which need to be mapped to a local field agent.   - Establish training + quality programs for sales team to ensure quality of service & high conversion rates.  - Drive the sales approach internally with stakeholders as well as externally with customers and ensure that the necessary resources from all parts of the organisation are aligned appropriately with our opportunities.   - Manage leads and research into account, preparation of presentation materials, ensuring pricing is consistent with pricing strategy and the effective implementation of the account.   Critical Challenges in the position:   - Strong effective relationship building with key internal business partners and developing relationship with key contact areas   - Ensuring targets and activities are achieved .
