Responsibilities : - Help spread awareness about releaseMyAd's vision of helping clients get the lowest prices on ad spaces across multiple channels. - Keep consistent track of campaign performance and target (monthly) across all channels and flagging needs for intervention - Use understanding of campaign and marketplace to contribute ideas for campaign experiments and also prioritize experiments contributed by other team members - Use an understanding of campaign performance to contribute content to campaign wrap-up presentations - Will be responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns from conception to execution. - Will also oversees the planning and buying phases of integrated marketing campaigns while ensuring that campaigns are executed flawlessly and in a timely fashion - Demonstrable experience with building effective advertising campaigns - Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. GfK MRI, Moat, and Nielsen IMS) - Will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching a team of high-potential media planner - Development of multiple case studies throughout the course of the year to be leveraged in internal training /onboarding as well as in new business - Contributes content to and presents tactical presentations and post-campaign analyses Requirements : - At least 4-6 years of experience in the Digital Media or Advertising field -Solid understanding of media concepts/terms, creative and budget requirements - Solid grasp of digital marketing, especially deep knowledge of digital media - Ability to forecast outcomes of brand campaigns and manage to end. - Experience with Media Research Tools (Comscore, GWI, TGI, YouGov) Preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills including the desire to progress - Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking - Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the box - Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment About us : releaseMyAd started in 2009 and has been on an epic ride ever since.
