Administrative : DGM-Business Dev.

Functional: DGM-Business Dev.

Travel Required : Yes (75%)

Educational Qualification : Graduate in Any Stream or MBA

Experience : 3 to 10 Year

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary) :

- Responsible for identifying 25 investors in year with a capital upto Rs. 25 Lakh for opening new franchise shops Pan India.

- To undertake Acquisitions in the designated territories/states, especially un-tapped markets.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

Financial :

- Explaining business model to every potential investor, giving them franchise related Information, sending them the proposals, taking follow-ups and referrals for further clues.

- Scheduling and meeting the investor from PAN India to explain company's franchisee model and to get them register.

- Develop Marketing Strategies to generate revenue from Investors

Customer Oriented :

- Lead generation through data scrubbing on Social Networking sites and following up to source.

- Work on generating inquiries, coordinate and follow up with leads till final closure.

People Oriented :

- Ability to work in Team

- Timely reporting to immediate supervisor and AVP - Retail.

- Negotiating and completing all necessary franchise documentation and agreements on time.

Internal Business Process :

- Generating leads through various marketing activities as cold calling and campaigning.

- Marketing and promotion via events and exhibitions Pan India.

- Building and managing relationships with the existing franchises.
