Purpose of the Position (Job Summary) 7-10 years of Experience in Sales with exposure to Institutional(Modern Trade/ Ecommerce,/CPC &amp; CSD) Sales in Footwear, FMCG, Apparel, Luggage or FMCD industry. Key Roles and Responsibilities - Responsible for overall P &amp; L - Strategic business planning, business development, branding, business analysis, Online Promotions &amp; Business development - Responsible for implementation of strategic business plans &amp; policies,ensuring organizational growth. - Revenue generation and increase the profit share by segments - Based on market dynamics, implement, analyze and deploy new business processes - Partner with external business to identify new opportunity - Portal Positioning - Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on finding. - Build and maintain successful relationships with partners - Oversee workflows for partner accounts, manages partner communications for key accounts and resolves escalated issues or questions from partners.
