Key Account Manager - LFR
Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
The Channel Head-Key Accounts maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customer s to the size of 15-20 customers. The Channel Head-Key Accounts represents the entire range of Relaxo's products to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers' needs and expectations are met by the Relaxo Footwears Ltd.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Financial Sales Planning
A. Accountable to deliver the AOP - Top Line from Pan India Key Accounts.
B. Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy-Drive profitability and deliver on the revenue and share parameters.
C. Develop disproportionate growth plans for Government and Institutional businesses and take required measures to ensure seamless execution.
D. Translate the annual sales operating plan into customers wise, quarterly & monthly objectives.
E. Plan and develop KAMs wise annual objective broken down into quarterly and monthly level.
F. Joint business plan - Value & Volume agreement with each Key Account. Lead resource for planning portfolio growth initiatives with accounts, assortment planning, launch planning and execution, development and execution of Joint Business Plans.
G. Provide trade information, competitor's activities and market intelligent to company
H. FPR for meeting Top Line numbers assigned for the division.
Business Development
A. Accountable to add potential & strategic Key Accounts as selling partners.
B. Plans and develop strategy on BTL Activities agreement with each Key Account.
C. Plans, organizes, implements sales programs for the named accounts handled and is responsible for achieving overall sales objectives.
D. Introduce new product line/brand/SKU in the assigned key accounts through KAMs. reaction.
E. Actively tracks sales movement of competitor's products and marketing activities.
F. Develop and execute marketing campaign strategy and analyze campaign performance.
G. Monitors and evaluates discounts structure offered by set of key accounts and govern the policy and guidelines.
H. Manage Accounts receivables, Responsible for debt collection and resolve all long outstanding debts.- Resolve customer's trade issues, complaints and operational matters.
