Position Title: DGM/AGM - Commercial

Minimum Job Requirements

Educational Qualification: ICWA with B.COM

Experience: 12 to 17 years

Any additional requirement:

Knowledge of MS- Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

The incumbent must have minimum 10 year of exp. out of which at least 5 years should be in a Manufacturing sector in Accounts / Commercial Department preferably in SAP environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Financial

- To ensure proper accounting and periodic financial closing.

- To work out Unit Profitability.

- To keep track of Material Variances / Abnormal wastages / exceptional expenses.

- To drive Cost Reduction Initiatives.

- To assist in preparation of AOP.

Customer Oriented

- To coordinate with P&A for compliances related to Labor laws / factory license /pollution control / local laws.

People Oriented

- To coordinate with Internal / Statutory Auditors.

- To coordinate with the Costing Team for review of Monthly Variances.

Internal Business Process

- To look after Statutory Compliances like VAT/ Excise/ Entry Tax/Service tax / WCT etc.

- To ensure compliances of various SOP / Guidelines.

- To take care of Fixed Assets including its recording / movement etc.

- To control Stores ( RM, PM,FG and Consumables) including tracking of Old/ Obsolete & Dead stocks.
