Relationship Partner/Relationship Leader - Business Banking

A leading Indian Bank seeking suitable candidates for the below mentioned roles for its offices in Delhi/NCR

Position : Relationship Partner / Relationship Leader

Experience : 2+ years

Location : Delhi

Desired Skills, Knowledge & Experience :

- Graduate / MBA / PGDM / CA

- Working Capital Experience is Mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Prospecting and targeting new potential clients for SME Segment.

- Sales and Supervision of Working Capital Product (Overdraft, Cash credit, Bank Guarantee, term loan) and cross selling of other financial products.

- Generate business from the customers and also do the credit analysis of the customer for their working capital finance requirement.

- Prepare CAM, case underwriting etc

- Involve in valuation, legal, CIBIL and disbursement process.

- Manage portfolio monitoring, for risk profiling and advisory and handling of the Query related to pre & post disbursal of the loan

- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, Audit and Central bank Requirements

- Regular monitoring of accounts for excesses, credit quality, covenants etc

- Prepare plans to improve quality of service offering to achieve customer satisfaction.
