Relationship Manager in Working Capital Large Corporate
- Deliver growth on key metrics like asset, NII and Fee Income
- Striving to be the customer's sole/primary banker by cross selling products and solutions across retail and wholesale banking
- Ensuring quality new to Bank business is sourced while retaining the current portfolio
- Managing different lead generation channels like branches, products teams, sales channel, etc.
- Monitoring & maintaining the portfolio health and minimizing DPDs by ensuring frequent customer interaction.
- Working closely with the Credit & Collections teams to monitor early warning signals and devising an exit plan for stressed accounts
- Ensuring compliance to both the Regulator's and the Bank's internal guidelines
