Wholesale Banking - Relationship Manager - Corporate Structured Products (KMIL)
CSP provides tailor-made solutions to get finance in a way that best fits specific financial needs of customers. These structured products are useful as a complement to the other traditional/vanilla products provided. Structured products have the ability to offer customized exposure, including otherwise hard-to-reach asset classes and subclasses
- Support in business development and execution
- The role will involve support in originating and executing structured transactions
- Identifying new opportunities/structures across sectors
- Good understanding of Credit analysis, risk identification
- Ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders for the successful closure of the deal
- Should be well versed with assessment of various type of products banking and non-banking
- Should be well versed with nuances of documentation and compliances
- Assist Relationship Manager in expansion of client base
- Should be capable of working on multiple transactions across teams
- MBA from Tier 1 Institutes / CA (Ranker) with 4-20 years post qualification experience
- Good communication and presentation skills.
