Our client is one of the top brokerage firms in the Indian Capital Markets.

Position vacant : Relationship Manager - Wealth

Locations : Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad

Qualifications : Bcom /MBA /CA /CFA

Experience : 5-15 years

CTC : 18-20 Lakhs

Core Responsibilities :

1) Acquire, manage and advise HNI Clients in all asset classes like Debt, Alternate Assets, Equity Broking, Mutual Funds, PMS, PE, Bonds, Structured Products etc

2) Generate leads and develop prospects, network to identify referrals to new clients

3) Understand investment/financial needs, risk appetite of the client to create and manage a long term Asset Allocation plan

4) Identify and execute on new business opportunities with existing clients

5) Handle the clients investment portfolio, providing financial research, accurate information and tailor made financial solutions

6) Generating minimum of 3X revenue per month (1.5X in the first 12 months).

7) Generating yearly AUC of 20 crores

Desirable Candidate Profile :

Skills & Experience :

1) Understanding in Equities MF, tax planning, financial planning, profiling, fixed income

2) Should be relationship oriented with good inter-personal and people skills

3) Impactful communication skills to effectively engage affluent consumers

4) Exceptional track record of managing portfolio of HNI Clients

5) MBA, CA, CFA, NISM V-A

The person in this role will be front face of the organization being responsible for contributing to the top-line by developing advisory relationships by proactively acquiring HNI clients and providing them with integrated financial services.
