Job Role :
- To achieve the set value targets and number targets across all products (Including portfolio growth targets) as laid down in Annexure I
- Support BM on developing and implementing action plans to achieve business objectives
- Hold periodic customer meets and hold branch promotions to generate more business.
Measures and Targets :
- Value would supersede numbers
- Hence, achievement of value targets on products and at least 80% of the number target would qualify for a performance rating of 2.
- ESAU ratings would be taken into account for performance evaluation
- Balanced performance across all products will be considered superior performance compared to an equivalent ESAU rating with few product over achievement
- Feedback on promotion activities organised and business objective being met taken from Branch Manager/ team leader.
- Grow FUM qualified customers by 20% YOY Coverage of - 75% customers through Portfolio Snapshots, Investment Proposals, My Priorities Toolkit (or NBC)
- Increase active WM penetration to - 75% across customer base
- Ensure - 90% customers contacted every calendar quarter
- Ensure top quality of service is provided to customers
- Knowledge levels and Skills of products, services and processes
- Customer query handling / complaint resolution
- Minimize account opening rejections
- Acquire, retain, deepen portfolio
- Improve product per customer
- Maintain regular contact with all customers in the portfolio
Customer Service :
Measures and Targets :
- CSS/ on boarding survey scores
- Specific initiatives taken to improve service and reduce bottlenecks and customer complaints
- Assessment by BM / MCR
- Customer feedback
- Reject MIS (%)
- Other SQ MIS
- Value growth of allocated portfolio
- BIU data on product per customer
- Customer visits as per laid down call frequency
- Relationship handling - assessment by BM/ team leader through customer interaction and feedback
Risk Management :
- Ensure all processes are followed as per Policies and procedures laid down and ensure that there are no operating losses/ Frauds.
- Accurate and timely processing of customer instructions
- All customer service is done keeping in mind the ML and KYC norms
Measures and Targets :
- As assessed by Group Audit, QA, BM, MCR in Spot Checks
- As per agreed standards
- Ensure KYC Norms are adhered to
- Man Assessment by BM/ MCR
