- Develop and maintain business relationships with HNI clients and UHNI client customers individualised customer service Handle customers queries and provide superior service to the mapped customers
- Ensure timely delivery of customers' enquiries and instructions, whilst ensuring that the Bank's delivery standards in achieving total customer satisfaction are met assets in the bank Deepen the existing relationships by selling the Bank's products and services/ third party investment products Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration
- Acquire new customers by converting referral leads Achieve targets as assigned
