Client Acquisition:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive client acquisition strategy to identify and secure new HNWIs.
- Leverage existing client relationships and referrals to generate new leads.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand target demographics and industry trends.
Relationship Management:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients, understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Provide personalized wealth management solutions, including investment recommendations, estate planning strategies, and access to exclusive products and services.
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding market updates, portfolio performance, and any relevant changes to their financial situation.
Business Development:
- Achieve set new business targets for Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.
- Cross-sell appropriate wealth management products and services to deepen client relationships and increase wallet share.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including investment advisors and product specialists, to deliver a holistic client experience.
Client Service:
- Ensure exceptional client service by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Foster a culture of trust and transparency by adhering to the highest ethical standards.
