To promote the Cash Transaction Banking business and introduce Cash Products
a) To promote the Cash transaction banking business and achieve quantitative and qualitative targets. To monitor Business Drivers and share trends and strategies to help grow the Cash Transaction Banking business.
b) To analyze and understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate cash solutions. To launch new products and ensure constant up-tiering leveraging Fintechs / Partner Banks and maintenance of existing products
c) To cultivate knowledge of business through various sources and catch the market trend and potential business chances for trade finance.
d) To prepare internal reports which include a risk analysis of the customer, cash flow and summarizing market, and industry information in order to get an internal approval
E) Engage with clients / RMs in understanding cash and trade product development needs and accordingly introduce relevant products. In the process, engage with regional stakeholders in drafting product papers / processes / technology requirements and arranging for New Product Committee approvals.
F) Engage with compliance / operations / legal / finance and other departments in addressing product related requirements for the business.
G) To effectively manage the transaction banking business.
